Isolated scene variables

Currently, scene variables get merged when scenes are loaded additively. 

This works fine as long as variables do not share names, and as long as the scene with the merged variables does not get unloaded.

Ideally, scene variables should stay independent (not merged) and calls to scene variables should refer to those of the scene of the caller.

Not sure if this is a bug or not... related to this change but. I have installed the 1.2.3 Alpha version and now I get this:

It only happens when I hit Play. The project itself seem to run fine.

Should be fixed in alpha 2!
