Can't setup 2.0a10 on 2020.1

On import, setup popup is blank and pages in Project Settings are all blank

Problem appears to also exist in 2019.3.10

Edit: problem can be solved by removing the error throwing code block

Hi,  Im finding it doesnt work in 2019.3.13f because it says
