Class Variable Default Values & Options not in Generated Code

William Attaway 12 months ago updated by Lazlo Bonin (Lead Developer) 12 months ago 2

The default values and options aren't updating in C# preview window.
Adding and removing variables are displayed correctly, however.

Hi William,

Thanks for the report.

I fixed a bug where the "private" modifier wouldn't show up for the get / set accessors.

However, it's normal that you don't see some Bolt parameters in the code:

  • Inspect adds an [Inspectable] attribute, but it's only visible in the "Real" mode of the C# preview window (accessible from the top right dropdown)
  • Override has no equivalent in C#, it's only used for Bolt's editor authoring
  • Default Value is not specified from C#, but rather from the inspector then serialized, so there's no need to generate code for it.
