Running Bolt graphs in standalone C# application (no Unity)

Could it be possible to export the logic of Bolt graphs so they can be ran in a standalone C# application that is not running Unity?

Not with Bolt 1. Perhaps you could copy paste generated C# code from Bolt 2 to standalone scripts. But Bolt works by manipulating the Unity engine's contents. To move something you'd manipulate the Transform or Rect transform of objects, or adjust rigidbody's velocity. Code written for Unity in most cases won't work in something else. So it's hard to see how that would apply to non-Unity apps. 

The short answer is - no, it's not possible. Bolt is an editor tool specifically for Unity.
