Bolt Setup broken in 2019.3

When I updated my project to 2019.3 (after I made a backup), the bolt installer launched. I decided I may as well just do it as it is quick and I might need some of the new code. However, when I reached naming, when trying to click on either choice, I get an error in the console saying "ArgumentNullException: Value can not be null. Parameter name: target"

Can someone tell me what's going on?

The reimport caused Bolt to not realize it's already installed.  Close out of the Bolt install window and ignore it.

Grab the latest Bolt from the asset store/this site (if needed), and then run the update wizard, not the installer.
If you have the latest Bolt already, just restart Unity after the reimport and rebuild units.

Sorry you're experiencing this issue. It seems that sometimes, right after a reimport, the Bolt initialization code is unable to load some required assets like settings and textures. We've investigated the issue with a Unity bug report but they refused to fix it, so we're exploring other options to prevent it.

The simple solution is just to restart Unity after a Bolt import, and everything should work fine. Or, you can Enter/Exit playmode, which also does a kind of "soft reset" by reloading the assemblies, and then the setup also works fine.
