Add EditorGUI.GradientField method

Welp this was a little bit more complicated than I thought because Unity has serialization limitations for gradients, but it works now!

Note: this does make me realize that we don't have array get/set units. You can theoretically get the keys out by using List<GradientColorKey> units, but they won't be contextually suggested because that requires a conversion behind the scenes. I'll have to look into implementing the actual array units, which is actually pretty complex.
