generated standalone c# scripts possible?

Hi!

Is it possible for an upcoming version of bolt2 that it creates standalone c# scripts for use without bolt2 installed?

I am a beginner to coding and the real time c# viewer is a good way to learn, but when I look at the actual generated code, there is so much more going on in the background and I can not figure out how to make this code work in another project without installing bolt2 there ..because some projects/assets are not 100% compatible with bolt2..like corgi engine for example, but I want to use the (bolt2 generated) c# scripts there.

thanks

Bolt Version:
2.0.0.a3
Unity Version:
2018.3.0f2
Platform(s):
Scripting Backend:
.NET Version (API Compatibility Level):
Bolt 2

Lazlo has stated they don't intend on supporting standalone scripts.  Part of this is because the generated code that is shown in the C# window isn't all of the code required, and some of the generated code will leverage Bolt features (such as the variables system, for example).

However, Bolt 2 should absolutely work with other projects and assets.  Not all of the C# features are in the current alphas (generics, for instance), but will be in by release.  If there is something else that is causing an incompatibility, please raise that as an issue in the beta phase (when all of the features should be complete)!  Bolt 2 should integrate with all other assets and your own C# code
