Question about the Bolt Platformer Tutorial

I noticed that in the Tutorial Video, when the instructor clicks the Play Button in the Unity Editor, the game begins instantly, with no compile deIay.  On my MacBook Pro, I get the spinning wheel for a few seconds before the game starts.  Is there something you guys did to get it to play instantly? Or did you just edit the delay out of the video?

Hi Steven! I'm not sure exactly which videos you're referring to, but if it's one of Austin's (GameGrind), I know he does very tight editing to keep things moving as fast as possible.

There is currently a delay in entering play mode in Bolt 1, and it's one of our main priorities to fix in Bolt 2. You can read about our plans for this in our design doc, under "Internal Changes": most of these are destined at reducing the play mode entry lag to near zero. For example:
