While Key is Down -> Fixed Update

I'm pretty new to unity and bolt, and I'm trying to make an object jump. The way i want to do that is, the longer the player holds down the space button, the higher the object jumps. I'm trying to make a graph where: When (Input Event) Space bar is down, (Fixed Update Event) add +1 to a variable called JumpForce per frame.
However I cannot get the Input Event to have the Fixed Update Event next on the flow. How do I do this, or is this there are a proper way to do this? Thank you and I love Bolt!
