Stripping Nodes From Built Games

See this little issue:


Sometimes you may want to add Nodes that act on the Editor for convenience, or testing purpose. Of course once the game is built things will go wrong as the EditorApplication type is not available once the game is built.

Perhaps something similar to Comment Groups, where Nodes inside the group would be automatically excluded from built versions of the game.
