1.3 NullReference on Install/Setup - Unity 2018.1.0b10
I had trouble following the upgrade guide from 1.2.3 to 1.3. so I created a brand new project, Imported the Bolt 1.3 Asset and the startup wizard started.
I chose my naming scheme (programmer) and generated documentation. Then when I pressed generate on Inspectors, I get the following Error.
If I continue on and get to Types, I get the following error when generating Types
This has happened three times in a row with 3 new projects. Both opened from Unity directly and via Unity Hub (I wanted to make sure Hub wasn't causing the issue).

Clicking Try Again on the 2nd error never works. Force Quit closes out Unity. Clicking Cancel seems to let Bolt install and work.
The NRE is a Unity bug that will be fixed (worked around) for v.1.3.
The UnitOptions lock one, I haven't been able to reproduce. In theory, Bolt disposes of the unit database lock properly. I'll look into it further.
