Groups within groups?

Hello! I'm pretty new to peek, loving it so far. I'm having some issues with the group function, though, and I was wondering if it was just a limitation or if I'm doing something wrong.

It seems like it only works if the objects you want to group are at the root level of the scene. I saw the note in documentation that it doesn't work inside a prefab instance, but in this case I'm just trying to use it on objects already inside an empty parent. In other words a group inside a group. Is there a way to make this work?

Thanks for the report and sorry for the late reply. 

Groups within groups should totally supported, so I'm switching that thread to a bug report.

I will investigate this and report back.

Sorry for the very late reply on this. I'm merging this with another report thread which is now resolved and potentially was caused by the same issue.
