audio files in the project browser causes peek to lag and slow the user interface

Problem: If Peek is enabled and there is a folder in the project view the user interface lags out, taking ~30 seconds to trigger a mouse or keypress.

How to reproduce:  start a fresh unity project.  Import ~30 MP3 files.  you can open, tab around, everythign works fine. Then install peek.  Navigate to that folder in the project view and try to click around.  It will lag out until you can get that folder to close.  All the other folders seem to be fine.

The only think I've seen is on the first import the icon in the project window goes from the waveform preview to a generic icon and then back.  It doesn't seem to happen after that.

I've attached a log file, and the lag seems to happen with a log entry that says
"Unloading 30 Unused Serialized files (Serialized files now loaded: 0)

System memory in use before: 0.58 GB.

System memory in use after: 189.1 MB."

I have absolutely no idea how profiler works but this is the drilldown of what seems to be causing a bunch of the lag

Fixed (Unreleased)

Hi Firr,

Thank you so much for leaving a detailed bug report.

The cause was clear thanks for the profiler drilldown and I'll have a fix ready in v.1.3.0.

Thank you so very much!!  Looking forward to the update.
