Can Bolt access and change the Skinned Mesh Renderer Blendshapes (0-100)?

Have you tried Set Blend Shape Weight and Get Blend Shape Weight units? They should be in the Skinned Mesh Renderer class.

I have it now.  For Unity 2017.2+ you should enable UnityEngine.CoreModule as default.  It wasn't available until I enabled that.
