IL2CPP Build Game Not Loading

I can build my game but after Unity splash logo the game crashes.

Using Vulkan, IL2CPP and Deferred rendering

Mono build works normal.

Bolt Version:
1.4.11f2
Unity Version:
2019.3.11f1
Platform(s):
Windows
Scripting Backend:
IL2CPP
.NET Version (API Compatibility Level):
.NET 4.x

Look up AOT prebuild on the manual. 

Tried AOT Prebuilding nothing changed. When loading the first scene game stops responding.

Try building a Development build to see what the actual error is in game.
