In Bolt, add clickable link for me expose documentation for my flow graphs and c# methods

## Feature Request:

For SuperUnits I would like to have the option of a clickable web link so that I could provide documentation (perhaps on a wiki as described below) for future users of my superunit macros.

Additionally, for public methods from my own c# code, I would like a way to show XML documentation from my c# code in the graph inspector for c# methods with any hrefs clickable so as to support the web documentation method.

## Wiki Documentation

Allow the user the option to provide a prefix for their wiki such as www.mydomain.com/wiki/

Bolt would add the name of the CompanyName.superunit (where company name comes from Unity's Project Settings) or namespace.class.method onto the end of the url making www.mydomain.com/wiki/CompanyName.superunit or www.mydomain.com/wiki/namespace.class.method.

Those urls would automagically start out as a blank document but could then easily be filled in by either the writer of that superunit/method or by future users of those superunits or methods.

If you like the wiki idea, I'd be happy to setup (and/or host) a media wiki for Ludiq and the community to use as their default for this type of documentation.
