Build unit options take longer than neccessary due to ProgressBar

In Bolt 1, the "Build unit options" action takes longer than neccessary. We apparenty have a lot of options to process and the overhead from showing the progress bar for every single option is so much overhead that I could speed up unit options generation for us by 10 times by only showing the progress bar a hundred times (i.e. with 10000 items only for every 100th option) in total when building unit options.

I'd appreciate if a similar change could be made for the main codebase (I'm now running a modified code branch):

- It's just wasting processing time displaying the progress bar
- I'm not interested that the progress bar shows every option for a millifraction of a second which I can't even read anyways
- I usually tab away to another window while it's updating the options anyways
- I prefer a quick process over progress precision

Good point, I'll make that change in the next minor version!

In Bolt 2 I'd have to profile, but since I rewrote my own progress bar system and it's polling the progress label asynchronously now, I don't think it'll be an issue anymore.
