CheckJitSupport() is always return false in Standalone build

Compiling an expression always throws an exception.

"InvalidOperationException: variable 'Test' of type 'System.Int32' referenced from scope '', but it is not defined"

Thanks for the report, I'll update the test with something actually valid. :P 

I wish Unity just gave us a proper way of checking.

Probably for the DLL distribution not viable, but "#if ENABLE_IL2CPP" could be used? (Source: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/PlatformDependentCompilation.html)
