Vuforia and bolt, target tracking issue

Hi ,

I have built and AR app using Vuforia and Bolt. This is my first time using Bolt in an AR project. I am having issues when the app is built to Android and iOS (it works fine in the editor). Basically the tracking is not consistent: the target works sometimes but not others. I have never had this issue before and have built several apps with Vuforia. I cannot see why Bolt would cause and issue but is there a known issue or do I need to set my Android and iOS build settings a certain way?

Hi Vaughanb,

If you're talking about just general tracking interference from Bolt, I don't see how that would happen. We don't touch any AR API at all from the source.

If you have graphs that work in the editor but not in build, make sure you run AOT Pre-Build (Tools > Ludiq) before building and see if that fixes it.
