Waiting before "Saved variables" is loaded. How to do loading screen?

I have only 1 variable in the Saved tab... But when I start the game I see the delay (2-3 seconds for 1 variable :( ) before this variable will be loaded. What is the best practice to catch when saved variable is loaded? How to do something like loading screen before saved variable is loaded.

Hi Max,

What do you mean you "see the delay"? Are you sure it's this variable blocking the loading, or could it be something else?

First thing that I do is just Get Variable and set it to TextMeshPro:

So I "see" and feel - that there is a delay before the Text is appear and the Text got the right result of the BestRusult variable. (around a second)

I thought that there is some kind of loading process. And I would like to know/catch when all my saved variables was loaded.

To make sure I understand, this isn't done in the first frame of your game, right?

So whenever you enter that state, you see a lag/freeze in the editor?

If that's the case, can you try just logging the result of the saved variable with Debug.Log to make sure it doesn't have anything to do with the logic afterwards?

There's no loading progress for saved variables, because they should be pretty much instantaneous to load.

And anyway If there is some kind of tutorial about loading screens, loading scenes - that will be great!
