Update in State Machine

Hi,

I've found a bug with Update in State machine. Update is executed one time after On Exit State machine :

Found the issue and fixed. Basically, the graph stops listening on exit state, but the update event handler list is already being iterated upon. The new event bus system will now check for these edge cases.

I'll try publishing a hotfix today or tomorrow for this issue and other day-1 bugs.
