Bolt Macros Not Functioning in a Build for Oculus Rift

Hi,

I've just done my first build of an Oculus Rift project using Bolt, everything's fine running in the editor but when running the build, the Bolt macros no longer work. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you run Tools > Bolt > AOT Pre-Build before building the project?

Yes, still not working unfortunately. Currently using v.1.2.3 by the way.
