chronos object jump

Greetings, I have a chronos question if you have a sec.
Unity 2019.13f1 (issue also present in previous ver of 2019).

I am instantiating an object and adding a force to it to propel it forward.
The object has a ClockA which is under a Root clock.

The Root clock is Time Scale 1 and the ClockA is -0.9 and additive (have tried many variations of time scale and also multipicative also).

At low forces, such as an impulse of 10, it works fine. But when going up to higher such as 70, the object seems to teleport from it's start point to several feet in front of it's start point before it then starts traveling at the slow speed intended.

It's almost as if it's skipping a frame like Chronos isn't taking effect until after it has already traveled some distance, although I don't know if that's the case.

Have you encountered anything as this previously?

Thanks,
