How to set up a ragdoll correctly?

I set up a ragdoll which using Configurable Joint to joint them together. The Interpolate is none and collision Detection is discrete, each part of the ragdoll have the timeline component, the mode is set in Global. But the ragdoll behave weirdly while the time slowed down. It seems like there are an unknown force pushing the ragdoll upward. I suspected that I set it wrongly, what is the things that I missed out?
